Q1. When does my billing start?

A1: Billing starts on the first of the month. Services are prorated for the portion of the month if more then 20 days remaining. If less than 15 days remaining in the month that partial month is free and billing will be due for the first full month in advance

Q2. How can I pay for my services?

A2. We accept most major credit cards via paypal.

3. Do I need to have a pay Pal account?

A3: No. Pay Pal does not require you to have a pay pal account to use their services when paying with a credit card. If you wish to make payments from a checking account you will be required to open a paypal account but they are free.

Q4. Do you charge for support?

Q4: We provide free support to our customers and will gladly provide support to non customers for a small fee.

Q5. When do I have to pay for my WEBSITE design services?

A5: Unlike most others we only require 50% upfront and the A remaining upon completion of the project.

Q6. How much say so do I have in the design of my site?

A6: You are the customer that makes you in control. We ask for your ideas of how you would like to see the site turn out and keep steady contact with you while we are in progress to ensure that you like what we are doing.

7. How will you keep in contact with me while you are creating my site?

A7: We all use the following messenger service, AIM from AOL, YM from Yahoo and MSN Messenger from msn.

Q8. Can I upgrade from 1 package to another or what if I out guess my needs?

A8: Yes you are not locked into any package; you can change at any time with out any fee.

Q9: What if you do not have any packages that suit my needs?

A9: Just let us know what your needs are and we will create a custom package for you.

Q10. Can I transfer my hosting account to someone else if I sell my website?

A10: Yes all accounts are transferable. You will have to make sure that the account is paid up and that the new owner knows how to log in to the control panel. You will also need to notify us of the new contact e-mail so that we can continue to send billing information and other important A updates as well.

2. What is "Unmetered" bandwidth?

Included with every ACD dedicated server is a multi-homed, full-duplex 1.5 Mbps unmetered Internet access port. ACD's Unmetered bandwidth helps you manage your costs through the predictability of a fixed monthly charge for bandwidth consumption. You can use as much Unmetered bandwidth/transfer as needed without ever worrying about bandwidth overages or extra charges. 3. What is the difference between Fully Dedicated Servers and Dynamic Dedicated Servers?

Dynamic Dedicated Server or DDS is ACD's brand name for its hosting solutions based on virtual private server technology (VPS). Virtual Private Servers have multiple virtual hosting environments or VEs on one physical host (computer) whereas a fully Dedicated Server has only one customer (you) on the physical host. 4. How long does it take to set up a new account?

All fully dedicated servers are custom built and tested by our engineering department after being ordered from our web site. It typically takes between 12 and 24 hours to set up a new fully dedicated server account (Note: some specialty orders can take longer). After your order has been verified, you can login to our Customer Service Center and track the progress of your install or ask questions of the engineering staff.
